no matter how many times i say it, dc will never listen :(
LET THEM BE BEST FRIENDS.
IT WOULD BE GLORIOUS.
52: Week 48
WHY WON’T YOU LET THEM BE GREAT, DC
Renee and Dick, fighting mutant rhinos, octopuses and other various animals.
Just another day.
52: Week 48
Can you guys tell I want them to have an epic friendship because I do.
I love it when I’m re-reading a comic I’ve not read in a while and Renee pops up.
Suprise Renee is the best <3
Nightwing and Huntress #3
Batman & Huntress - Cry for Blood #2
Nightwing (Dick Grayson) is outside Helena’s window.
HELENA (CAPTION): “Him. Of course. Here to save my lost soul.
“No way to get rid of him. Best to have him come inside.
“At least he has the courtesy to knock. Unlike his mentor.”
Can they be best friends?
RENEE! AND TWO BATS!
“You’re a little… bulkier. Definitely older.” Not to mention creepy as fuck.
“You do the talking, Dick, I’m going to pose from above and be a creep.”

If Dick were to sit down and count his blessings, I imagine some of the following would be his answers.

Season 3
(this is not real)
Knights of Tomorrow reminds me of this old post last June. Hehe..
Thanks WB. :)
This would be so much fun. If only.
Dick and Renee! Dick and Renee!
He: wrestles tentacles!
She: blows them up!
Together they fight crime!
Glorious team up is glorious.
The plot of this story is really nothing memorable. Blah blah blah, some kids are kidnapped and one of them’s Damian, something about an eighth deadly sin, some more blah blah blah about the new Azrael. It’s just background noise.
The interaction between Nee and Dick is where the real meet is, and it’s totally worth the price of admission! How fun is this page.
[Detective Comics Annual 11]
SO MUCH FUN.
All team-ups should end with manly pats on the back. Just sayin’.

And then they went to go pick up red heads together.
While Two-Face has this crazy elaborate scheme to figure out if Batman is new or not, Renee just has to hear him talk and watch him move and she KNOWS it’s Nightwing. No questions, no doubt, because Renee’s a damn good detective. Then it’s back to business.
Gah ily Renee Montoya.
